Our property management team oversees all properties to ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and Refurbishment Projects are lead in safely, with set budgets to ensure properties are kept in a fir​st class condition. 

The team ensures portfolio management issues are dealt with promptly to minimise end user impact. Programming, budgeting and project management is run internally with external consultants costs kept to a minimum. The team liaises with externally appointed project managers, designers and consultants on behalf of owners through to completion of each project.
