With over 30 years’ experience of strategic HR leadership our Associate Team Partner, Susan, runs an active HR Consultancy and has completed a diverse range of assignments including: bespoke HR advice, research, recruitment, dispute resolution, coaching and mentoring for personal development and group training. She is highly regarded for delivering results by means of her attuned people skills and effective communication style.


Susan is a Coaching Psychotherapist (working with individual clients in the modality of Transactional Analysis) and is an accredited Mediator and Executive Coach. She is passionate about motivating and supporting others to recognize and achieve their potential, regularly presenting at conferences and delivering workshops on topics relating to employee engagement and wellbeing.
